I needed service on my Durango and took it here to be repaired. The service department was extremely helpful and both transparent from the beginning of the repair process until the end. Because of my experience with the service department I decided to trade in my Durango for a newer one. Julian Castano was my sales rep and with the help of Red in the finance department was able to reach an amazing deal. I received more for my trade than anyone else could match. No pressure sales for sure, it was like buying it from family or friends. I highly recommend checking this dealership out before committing elsewhere.

This was by far one of the best experiences I've had with a dealership. I didn't feel pressured, I asked for certain things, they delivered. Sales Rep Devin, personality, attitude, professionalism was top tier. Ask for him when you get there, he will get things done. Kemp and Chad as well, very professional and friendly. The way Kemp handled everything for me before I came in was quick and cut down on a lot. Chad was quick and friendly and had me on my way in a few minutes.

Just had an excellent interaction with service department here, particularly Ricky and his techs. We had a camper van under warranty built on a Promaster 3500 chassis and the backup camera was not right. It was a complicated fix, imo, with the service techs having to go through a lot of wiring and then replace the camera module and recalibrate everything. Ricky's communication was excellent, keeping us informed all along the way. I tried to tip him and he would not take it. Thank you Spartanburg CDJR and Ricky.
