Awesome experience buying my 2026 Ram! My sales person Jessica Hajek was very friendly and professional in my dealings with her. Jessica kept in constant contact via text and phones calls answering my many questions. She negotiated a great deal for me! The dealer ship had a 3 rd party company spray in a bed-liner and unfortunately that process covered the truck in overspray. It was not the dealerships fault but they assumed ownership of the issue and had the dealerships detailer Tyreece do a wonderful job removing the overspray and detailing the truck so it was spotless! Jessica stayed on top of the issue ensuring I was taken care of! Shout out to sales manger Mike for also taking care of my issue and not just brushing it under the table! I would definitely recommend this dealership!!!

Purchase a new vehicle from this dealership. Most of the buying process was done online and over the phone because I'm from Hendersonville NC. Told the salesman what features I was looking for in the vehicle. He sent me an option and I looked at he online description of the vehicle to verify the options I was looking for. Proceeded with the purchase and signed all the paperwork. Upon taking possession of the the vehicle on my drive home I realized the one of the features that I said I wanted and was listed in the description of the vehicle online (Where all my info was coming from) did not come with the vehicle. Called the dealership to find a resolution for this and they just told me that there is nothing they can do
