Because of my experience with the service department I decided to trade in my Durango for a newer one. Julian Castano was my sales rep and with the help of Red in the finance department was able to reach an amazing deal. I received more for my trade than anyone else could match. This was by far one of the best experiences I've had with a dealership. I didn't feel pressured, I asked for certain things, they delivered. Sales Rep Devin, personality, attitude, professionalism was top tier. Ask for him when you get there, he will get things done. Kemp and Chad as well, very professional and friendly. The way Kemp handled everything for me before I came in was quick and cut down on a lot. Chad was quick and friendly and had me on my way in a few minutes.

Just had an excellent interaction with service department here, particularly Ricky and his techs. We had a camper van under warranty built on a Promaster 3500 chassis and the backup camera was not right. It was a complicated fix, imo, with the service techs having to go through a lot of wiring and then replace the camera module and recalibrate everything. Ricky's communication was excellent, keeping us informed all along the way. I tried to tip him and he would not take it. Thank you Spartanburg CDJR and Ricky.

I recently purchased a 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit from Spartanburg Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I have been purchasing and leasing vehicles for over 60 years. Dealing with this dealership was one of my most pleasant experiences. The staff - from the sales person,Jarret, to the sales and finance managers- were exceptional. They were very customer focused, addressed my concerns, and delivered outstanding customer service. I highly recommend the dealership and one of its salespersons, Jarret. Thank you, Gerry Pecora.

I contacted Devon about the truck, he was very helpful and worked to get a deal done. Upon leaving with truck we discovered the horn didn't work. He got us an appt to get this corrected. David in the service dept was top notch too. Very helpful. Definitely would recommend.

Went in looking for a new vehicle and Devonnie Watson was very quick to not only meet my needs but help me into a new vehicle. Normally the car dealership takes hours and hours. I got there are 5 pm and was driving off the lot by 7. Very greatful for how quickly he was able to meet my needs and actually listen to what I wanted rather than just trying to make a sale. The team in the glass room for price negotiation were very reasonable and spent time working on a deal that would work for both of us. The finance gentleman was very knowledgeable and helpful, and on top of that he was the only one there that day and he still gave me his full attention after a very long day. After purchasing my vehicle Devin continued to be helpful as he helped me figure out appointments for my vehicle. Highly recommend this location.
